Page 13, under notice of meetings, change next <br />meeting datc to Tuesday, November 12,2002. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst requested the following changes: None. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Aplikowski moved and Council Member <br />Larson seconded a motion to approve the October 28, 2002 <br />Regular Council and November 6, 2002 Special Council <br />Meeting Minutes as amended.
