Mr. Reimer replicd they constantly monitored the parking and would continue to do so. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). B. Planning Case Xo. 01-30: Nelson PUD Extension Mr. Parrish eXplained the Council had previously approved a Planned Unit Development for 3130 Clevcland Avenue at their December 10, 2001 meeting, which allowed for an 8,900 square foot office building. Since it ,vas not anticipated that construction would begin before December 10, 2002, the applicant was requesting a six month extension. MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve Planning Case No. 01-30: Nelson PUD Extension. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). 7. OPERATIO:\'S AND MAI:\'TENANCE A. Resolution No. 02-59: Receiving the Feasibility Study of Karth Lake East and Ingerson Neighborhoods 2003 PMP Mr. Brown eXplained the Council had authorized the preparation of a feasibility report for the 2003 Pavement Management Program on September 30, 2002. The 2003 PMP included the Karth Lake East and the Ingerson neighborhoods. Hc stated the 2003 budget also ineluded the seal coating of the neighborhood bound by Highway 96, Hamline Avenue, Highway 10 and I-694. He stated the work was not proposed to bc assessed, and residents of the seal coating ncighborhoods had not becn directly informed of the project to date. The seal coating work would be done under a separate contract from the work included in this feasibility report. Council Member Rcm requested the City Engineer develop some other options regarding the Femwood area.
