<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />~ <br />~~:HILLS <br /> <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />APPROVED <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />TRUTH IN TAXATION PUBLIC HEARING <br />MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2002, 6:30 P.M. <br />CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1245 WEST mGHW A Y 96 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Dennis Probst, Council members Aplikowski, Rem, Larson and <br />Grant. <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator, Joe Lynch; Director of Community Services, <br />Aaron Parrish; Accountant/Treasurer, Terry Post; and Personnel Director/Deputy <br />Clerk; Cynthia Young. <br /> <br />MOTION: Grant/Aplikowski - to approve the agenda, as presented. <br />(Motion Passed 5-0). <br /> <br />Mayor Probst opened the Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst reviewed the 2002 goals and vision for the City mentioning the <br />advancements in the TCAAP process and the 2002 Pavement Management <br />Program projects undertaken. <br /> <br />Accountant/Trcasurcr Post presented a series of slidcs summarizing the budget <br />materials for the proposed 2003 City budgct. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem referred to Slide l, Special Revenue Funds/TCAAP Reuse <br />Planning, and askcd if this would be funded by thc dcvclopcr. <br /> <br />Accountant/Treasurer Post replied that the development team is primarily funding <br />thesc cxpenditures. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson asked if that fund was also receiving the revenue from <br />Met Council grant. <br />
