<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />Truth in Taxation <br />DECEMBER 2, 2002 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />MOTION: Grant/Aplikowski - to cancel the continuation of the Truth in <br />Taxation scheduled for December 16, 2002. <br />(Motion Passed 5-0). <br /> <br />Administrators Report: <br /> <br />Administrator Lynch explained it was time for the City Council to meet with him <br />to discuss his annual performance review, and provided the Council with a draft <br />evaluation form and criteria explanation which he and Ms. Young had created. <br /> <br />City Council Reports: <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant thanked the residents who participated in the evening's <br />Truth in Taxation Hearing. <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski reminded the additional Councilmember of the <br />Ramsey County League of Local Government annual meeting at Lido Cafe in <br />Roseville on December 12,2002. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem thanked staff for providing the performance revIew <br />information. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst concluded the hearing by saying any tax increase is too much, and <br />thanked the rest of the Councilmembers by saying they did a good job. He <br />complimented Mr. Mulcahy for his dedication by coming to the Truth in Taxation <br />Public Hearings for so many years. <br /> <br />MOTION: Larson/Grant top adjourn the meeting. <br />(Motion Passed 5-0). <br /> <br /> <br />/ .. <br />;. <br />L/ <br /> <br />.. <br />
