The open porch will be supported <br />on six (6) poured concrete post foo�ngs to a minimum of 42” below grade. The deck will consist of 5/4 x 6 <br />composite decking material. The space between the deck and grade will be screened with a square la�ce material <br />no larger than 2” x 2”. The open porch will consist of six (6) Perma cast 10” smooth, square, structural columns. <br />The structural columns will support a 4:12 sloped asphalt shingle roofing system to match the color of the exis�ng <br />house as close as possible for local stocks. The front door will have a gable arched roof. The finished ceiling of the <br />open porch will be 1 x 6 ‘V’ groove tongue and groove knoty cedar.
