<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Approved: January 3, 2024 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2023 <br />6:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Chair Paul Vijums called to order the regular Planning <br />Commission meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Present were: Chair Paul Vijums, Commissioners Brad Bjorklund, Shelley Blilie, Joshua Collins, <br />Arlene Mitchell, Kurtis Weber, and Jonathan Wicklund. <br /> <br />Absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were: Community Development Director Jessica Jagoe, Senior Planner Elena <br />Fransen and Councilmember Emily Rousseau. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA – DECEMBER 6, 2023 <br /> <br />Chair Vijums asked if the Planning Commission would support discussing Item 3B (Planning <br />Case 23-021) before Item 3A (Planning Case 23-020). The Commission supported this <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bjorklund moved, seconded by Commissioner Wicklund, to approve the <br />December 6, 2023, agenda as amended moving Item 3B before 3A. The motion carried <br />unanimously (7-0). <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />November 8, 2023 – Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br /> <br />Chair Vijums moved, seconded by Commissioner Wicklund, to approve the November 8, <br />2023, Planning Commission Regular Meeting as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (7-0). <br />
