<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - MARCH 26, 2001 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />Mayor Probst directed staff to follow up on dates. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst asked how the Walgreens proposal got this far. Mr. Lynch responded that the <br />information was in the file, but with the number of issues, it was an oversight. He stated it is <br />hard to track that type of information unless an electronic reference file system exists. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst asked ifthe electronic files are going forward, but not back to the older files. Mr. <br />Lynch responded that is correct. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst requested the meeting go into a closed session to discuss the performance <br />evaluation of the City Administrator at 10:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst reconvened the meeting in open session at 11 :35 p.m. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a <br />motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:00 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (5- <br />0). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />NOTICE OF MEETINGS <br /> <br />The next Council Meeting will be held Monday, April 9, 2001 at 7:30 p.m. at the Arden Hills <br />Council chambers. <br />
