Motion To Approve Resolution 2023-064 Accepting Donation From Arden <br /> Hills Foundation For Annual Flashlight Pumpkin Hunt <br /> Councilmember Holden thanked the Arden Hills Foundation for making a donation to the City <br /> for the Flashlight Pumpkin Hunt. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Monson seconded a <br /> motion to adopt Resolution 2023-064 Accepting Donation From Arden Hills <br /> Foundation For Annual Flashlight Pumpkin Hunt. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> B. Motion To Acknowledge Resignation Of Committee Member/Chair Marie <br /> Hinton And Committee Member Kristine Poelzer From The Parks, Trails <br /> And Recreation Committee (PTRC) <br /> Councilmember Rousseau stated the PTRC would hold their last meeting of the year on <br /> December 12, 2023. She explained Chair Hinton and Committee Member Poelzer would like to <br /> continue serving on the PTRC through the end of this year. She suggested action on this item be <br /> tabled or that the item be amended to state the resignation action would be effective December 31, <br /> 2023. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Rousseau moved and Councilmember Monson seconded a <br /> motion to Acknowledge Resignation Of Committee Member/Chair Marie <br /> Hinton And Committee Member Kristine Poelzer From The Parks, Trails <br /> And Recreation Committee (PTRC) effective December 31,2023. <br />
