<br /> . ~ <br /> ~HILLS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> MONDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2001, 6:30 P.M. <br /> CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1245 WEST HIGHWAY 96 <br /> CALL TO ORDERlROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular <br /> City Council meeting at 7:30p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Dennis Probst, Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, David Grant, <br /> Gregg Larson, and Lois Rem. <br /> . Absent: None. <br /> Also present were City Administrator, Joe Lynch; City Accountant, Terrance Post; City <br /> Planner, Aaron Parrish; and Interim Public Works Director and Parks & Recreation <br /> Director, Thomas Moore. <br /> APPROV AL OF MEETING AGENDA <br /> Mayor Probst noted the Truth-In-Taxation Hearing was held earlier this evening. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Rem seconded a motion to <br /> adopt the agenda for the December 10, 2001, regular City Council meeting. The <br /> motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Mayor Probst opened the public Hearing at 7:40 p.m. <br /> Mr. Lynch explained the Sheila Stowell memorandum regarding the re-codification of the City <br /> Code. He stated staff recommends that the city adopt the City Code as written and then make <br /> corrections recommended by Councilmember Rem and Mr. Filla. He distributed a simplified <br /> summary ordinance and ordinance adoption format prepared by the City Attorney. He stated the <br /> . Fee Resolution refers to specific code violations in the new City Code. He noted the Fee <br /> Schedule has the costs for copies, applications fees, etc. <br />
