This proposal is based on our conversations with you and our <br />experience completing similar efforts. Delivery of the project is contingent on several key milestones <br />including submittal of the grant in March, award of the grant in May, and ultimately execution of the <br />grant contracts. To fast -track project delivery, our approach as outlined in the proposal will complete the <br />construction documentation process in tandem with preparation of the CDBG grant, resulting in a <br />`shovel ready' project that can be bid as soon as grant agreement documents are executed. <br />We anticipate a total project fee of $33,695 for work associated with preparation of the CDBG grant <br />application, design, bidding, construction and project and grant administration. A detailed fee estimate is <br />provided for your reference.
