Snelling Filtration Basin <br />7.2.4 The City and County shall each maintain the components of the storm <br />sewer system under their respective ownership. <br />7.2.5 The cost for maintenance of trunk line outfalls and BMPs shall be <br />distributed between the City and County by relative contributing area <br />and runoff coefficient based on its adopted land -use classification. <br />The cost distribution for trunk line outfalls and BMPs within this <br />agreement are shown in Attachment C and specified below: <br />List all BMPs: <br />Valentine Park Pond, City 96.08%, County 3.92% <br />Snelling Filtration Basin, City 80%, County 20% <br />7.3 Ownership and Maintenance of the Sanitary Sewer and Watermain <br />7.3.1 The City will own and maintain the sanitary sewer and watermain <br />systems including services for the Roundabout project. <br />7.4 Ownership and Maintenance of the Street Lights <br />7.4.1 The County will own and maintain the street lights for the Roundabout <br />project. <br />7.5 Ownership and Maintenance of the Walls <br />7.5.1 The City will own and maintain the wall along Lake Valentine Road. <br />7.5.2 The County will maintain the wall on County Road E. <br />7.6Ownership and Maintenance of the Sidewalk <br />The County will own the sidewalk and trail in the County Right of Way along <br />Old Snelling Avenue (north of County Road E), County Road E and Lake <br />Johanna Blvd as shown in Attachment D and be responsible for preservation, <br />overlay or reconstruction. <br />The City will own and maintain the sidewalk and trail in the City Right of Way <br />along Lake Valentine Road and along Old Snelling south of County Road E as <br />shown in Attachment D. <br />
