These plans made an effort to address some comments, but further unaddressed comments will be reviewed in the next official submittal for review. 1. Geotechnical Report not provided as of this submittal. 2. Plan review not provided to the Rice County Watershed District. No permitting currently pursued as part of this review with Rice County Watershed District. 3. Plans currently missing some construction details, regional standard, and custom details for non-standard proposed elements. 4. Utility connections to public utilities are currently missing critical details such as profiles, connection types, etc. 5. Grading comments on plans to include compliance with ADA requirements, grading issues that directs drainage into the proposed structures, possible cross property impacts, maintenance routes, etc. 6. Several notes that need to be changed in order to not violate City code and ordinance requirements for developments. 7. Final Plat currently not submitted to City for review. 8. Permit with County required in order to permit sidewalk connection to county R.O.W.. This is currently not submitted to the county. 9. Erosion and Sediment control plans have many comments to be addressed. 10. There are many drainage related comments to be addressed. 11. Several minor comments to be addressed. In the following attachments to this memo will be the comments made within the plan and report sheets from the 12/28/23 email submittal. As these plans made an effort to address some comments, those noted as addressed was reviewed for compliance with the others to be reviewed in the next submittal to the City. Only plan and report sheets with applicable comments are included as part of this memo.
