Additional Reviews <br />Building Official <br />The Building Official has reviewed the plans and has no additional comments at this time. A Building Permit will <br />be required prior to any construction taking place. <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />The Public Works Director/City Engineer has reviewed the plans and has provided the Applicant with a comment <br />letter (Attachment N) and all comments shall be adopted herein by reference as a condition of approval. <br />Fire Marshal <br />The Fire Marshal has reviewed the plans. Initial comments were that hydrant locations will need to be reviewed. <br />Ramsey County <br />Ramsey County has reviewed the plans and offers the following comments: <br />➢ Traffic: Support of single access in updated 2023 car wash layout; queues not expected to extend onto <br />Lexington Av. <br />➢ Water/Wastewater: SWPPP should show receiving waters, impaired waters, and chain of responsibility. <br />➢ Programming: Make sure the background geometrics for Lexington Avenue reflect the reconstruction project <br />completed in 2023. See County Construction staff for plans if needed. <br />➢ Permitting: Sidewalk connection on Lexington Ave. requires a permit from Ramsey County. EN HILLS <br />
