Visualizing Housing Density at Rice Creek Commons <br />• At the June 2023 JDA meeting the commissioners discussed finding a way to <br />demonstrate what different densities numbers look like in real life. <br />• Staff put together the slides to illustrate different densities using examples from <br />neighborhoods in Arden Hills and other nearby communities. <br />• Note that these examples do not reflect the design standards or architecture expected at <br />Rice Creek Commons — they are intended to show land use and scale of development. <br />• This presentation is modeled after the Met Council's presentation on Land Use <br />Illustrations.
