November 17, 2023 <br />City of Arden Hills <br />1245 Highway 96 West <br />Arden Hills, MN, 55112 <br />Attention: Planning Commission <br />This is a letter to express extreme dismay over the proposal to add even more housing to Rice <br />Creek Commons. Arden Hills has always been an area of peace, comfort, and tranquility. <br />Additional housing to the already agreed upon 1,460 units would be a poorly thought-out idea, <br />which would change the complexion of Arden Hills forever. <br />The new proposal for a total of 1,960 units would be quite desirable and profitable for certain <br />entities, and they wouldn't be the City of Arden Hills or the residents! <br />Sincerely, <br />X <br />Frances Thelen <br />64-year Arden Hill Resident <br />
