Public Notices <br />• Review requires a public hearing. Notice was published in the Pioneer <br />Press on December 271 2023. The City included in the Arden Hills Notes <br />newsletter an insert advertising the public hearing which was mailed to all <br />residents mid -November. Additionally, notice was prepared by the City <br />and mailed to property owners within 1,000 feet of the Subject Property. <br />• At the Planning Commission meeting, 10 members of the public spoke as <br />part of the public hearing and 9 comments were submitted in advance. <br />• As of January 3, 2024, the City received 1 additional comment via email. <br />lt <br />--ADI�EN HILLS <br />
