WORKSESSION MINUTES <br />THURSDAY, APRll.. 20, 1995,4:30 PM <br /> <br />Call To OrderlRolI CaD <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Probst called to order the City Council <br />Worksession at 4:40 PM. Present: CounciImembers Beverly Aplikowski, Paul Malone, <br />Susan Keirn and Dale Hicks; City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger; City Accountant, <br />Terry Post; ParklRecreation Supervisor; Cindy Walsh; Joyce Levine, Camiros; Peter <br />Coyle, LHDL; and Administrative Assistant; Shirley Evenson. <br /> <br />Adopt Agenda <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />CouneiImember Aplikowski moved and seconded by CouneiImember Hicks <br />to adopt the April 20, 1995 Worksession agenda as submitted. Motion <br />carried unanimously (5-O) <br /> <br />Agenda Item #3a <br />a. Newsletterrrown Crier <br />Councilmember Aplikowski indicated there is considerable interest in <br />reinstating a Newsletter, She stated that Mr, John Hoeschler has expressed <br />interest in compiling and editing same. CounciJmembers Malone, Hicks <br />and Keirn, along with Mayor Probst all expressed a strong interest in the <br />creation of a revised newsletter, After discussing the choice of subject <br />matters of the Newsletter, editing, logo and the cost of printing, Mayor <br />Probst indicated Mr, Hoeschler and CounciJmember Aplikowski should <br />attend the May 18, 1995 Worksession with a more defined format and <br />perhaps a list of other individuals who would be interested in compiling <br />and working on the Newsletter, <br /> <br />Agenda Item #3b, <br />b, ROlJer Aiken Drainaee <br />Mr, Fritsinger, City Administrator, indicated that the property in question <br />has an elevation problem causing ponding to occur. He stated that, by <br />initially correcting the grade elevation along with a future drainage pipe, <br />the problem on Mr. Aikens property could be corrected at a cost of <br />approximately $800, Mayor Probst indicated there must be a more <br />defined procedure to prevent this type of problem from reoccuring, <br />Councilmember Hicks stated that Mr. Wegleitner should be contacted and <br />in turn required to pick up the cost oftbis project Mr. Fritsinger indicated <br />that he would have the City Engineer contact Mr, Wegleitner regarding the <br />costs. <br />
