Paul Malone <br />. and Susan Keirn. ' <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Dale Hicks. <br /> <br />Also present were: City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger; City Accountant, Terry Post; Parks <br />and Recreation Director, Cindy Walsh; City Attorney, Jerry Filla; City Engineer, Greg <br />Stonehouse; Consulting Engineer, Terry Mauer; and Recording Secretary, Ruth McLaurin. <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br /> <br />City Administrator Fritsinger indicated one addition to the agenda: Resolution 95-46 regarding <br />establishing assessment rates for commercial, tax exempt and residential equivalent rates for street <br />reconstruction. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst indicated this item would be before item 3.a <br /> <br />MOTION: Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to adopt the agenda for the June <br />12, 1995 City Council meeting as amended. The motion carried nnanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - COUNTY ROAD F RECONSTRUCTlONPROJECf ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution 95-46. Establishing the Assessment Rate for Commercial. Tax Exempt and <br />the Residential Equivalent Rate for Street Reconstruction. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst opened the Public Hearing for County Road F Reconstruction Project Assessments <br />at 7:33 p.m. City Administrator Fritsinger verified proper publication and notification in the ~ <br />on May 30, 1995 and June 6, 1995 with certified mailing to residents on May 24, 1995 and regular <br />mailings on May 25, 1995. <br />
