The motion carried (3-1, with <br />Councilmember Aplikowski opposed.) <br /> <br />Ms. WhiteEagle inquired as to the procedure, so they may clarify and correct any <br />miscommunications. Mr. Post requested the applicants and he meet on June 13, 1995 to review any <br />outstanding issues. <br /> <br />TCAAP Caretaker Contract Discussion <br /> <br />City Accountant Post indicated formal recommendation from staff will be forthcoming, but he <br />wished to update the Council. <br /> <br />Mr. Post indicated a new caretaker for the Arsenal property will be needed and the contract would <br />be established for street maintenance, water and sewer maintenance and outside fence patrol. <br /> <br />Mr. Post indicated the contract price would be fixed for one year, so he is continuing his research <br />to provide accurate costs for the contract. <br /> <br />Mr. Post commented also another consideration is for the need of a Plant Operator, the City currently <br />has no certified Water Conditioning Operators. <br /> <br />Mr. Post indicated the contract is also under review of the City Attorney for comments. <br /> <br />Mr. Post indicated when staff is comfortable with the contract, he will present this item to the <br />Council. <br /> <br />Camiros' L TD Contract for Services <br /> <br />City Administrator Fritsinger indicated the service agreement before the Council is a revised <br />agreement from the one in the packet. <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger indicated section "B" has been returned to the contract; page two, there has been a <br />clarification of meetings the consultant is required to attend. <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger indicated staff will utilize this executed contract to approach Ramsey County on June <br />13, 1995 to pursue the $20,000 in planning funds which may be available to the City. <br /> <br />City Attorney commented on the contract and felt it was in proper legal form, but had a few <br />questions. He inquired if there was a termination without canse clause in the document. Mr. <br />Fritsinger indicated there is no such clause. <br /> <br />Councilmember Malone inquired if there could, or is a cap to the fee paid out. Mr. Fritsinger <br />indicated this could be identified. <br />
