The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />Bethel College Tax Parcel Creation <br /> <br />City Admini!<trator Fritsinger indicated this is a request from representatives ofBetbel College, that <br />the City create a new tax parcel for the property containing the Seminary Village apartment <br />buildings. This request would allow the lender, Northern Life Insurance Company, to utilize this <br />parcel as collateral/security for a loan. <br /> <br />Councilmember Malone inquired if the property came to foreclosure, would the City retain any <br />control over the property. Mr. Filla indicated the City would have to stamp the deed and the City <br />could attach conditions to the property. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Malone moved and Keirn seconded the motion to direct Ramsey County to create an <br />additional tax identification number for the property identified by the College <br />affecting the Seminary Village area The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATOR COMMENTS <br /> <br />City Administrator Fritsinger indicated he had a few items to discuss with the Council. <br /> <br />North Heights Christian Aeademy Run Race <br />Mr. Fritsinger indicated North Heights Christian Academy will be running a race. He noted no <br />specific permits are required, but he wanted to notifY the Council of the mce. <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger indicated the race will be monitored and will not interfere with traffic. <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski inquired if the neighborhood had been notified. Mr. Fritsinger indicated <br />he was unsure, but could require the Academy to present the neighborhood with information and <br />notification of the race. <br /> <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Mr. Fritsinger indicated the applicant offered the position has declined, he will be going to another <br />community with one-half the size, but more pay. <br /> <br />July 6, 1995 Council Worksession <br />Mr. Fritsinger inquired if the Worksession could be moved to 4:30 p.m. to discuss Union contracts. <br />
