In the second sentence strike <br />"will" and replace with~. <br /> <br />MOTION: Keirn moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the minutes of the July <br />20, 1995 Council Worksession as presented and the July 31, 1995 regular City <br />Council meeting as corrected. The motion carried unAnimously (5-0). <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. ClaimslPayroll <br /> <br />B. Jeanne Winiecki Appointment <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Hicks moved and Keim seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br />The motion carried unAnitnously (5-0). <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Craig WJlson, 1677 West County Road F, showed the Council the debris left by construction <br />workers and crew along County Road F. He noted some of the debris were articles that are oil <br />products not picked up by trash collectors. He indicated some of this debris is getting buried along <br />the road under construction and expressed concern. <br /> <br />Mr. Wilson indicated he realized this is not the biggest issue going on with the County Road F <br />construction, but wished to notify the Council of the problem. He did indicated he would dispose <br />of the bag of debris items properly. <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Borg, 1812 Janet Court. stated he had come home from a weekend trip to find his home <br />without power a couple weekends prior and then just the weekend before the meeting, he came home <br />to find a basement full of mud. <br /> <br />Mr. Borg indicated he had spoken with a Councilmember on the issue. He indicated he had been <br />contacted and told by a construction worker to bill Midwest Asphalt for clean up. Mr. Borg, after <br />investigating further, realized this individual had no authority to authorize a payment by Midwest <br />Asphalt. <br /> <br />Mr. Borg encouraged the Council to withhold payment to the contractor until these issues are <br />resolved. <br />
