Mayor Probst indicated that the City should go through the process, <br />cover all bases and Staffwill follow-up accordingly. The zoning regulations <br />should be amended, subject to the licensing and during Codification it may be <br />appropriate for the recommended regulations to be fairly stringent <br /> <br />Agenda Item #3d <br />City Water Sourcing <br />Brian Fritsinger, City Administrator, indicated that the City's water sourcing issue <br />should be studied by an engineering firm to determine whether or not our water <br />supply is adequate, <br /> <br />Council indicated that they are satisfied with the Staff s progress on water <br />pumping and purification and would like to see additional cost information for <br />completing a more in-depth analysis of potential water sources and to be prepared <br />for the termination of the current contract with Roseville/St. Paul. <br /> <br />Agenda Item #3e <br />Phase IT TCAAP PlanningtU:pdate Report <br />Mayor Probst was very enthusiastic with the progress the City has made during <br />the last phase of the TCAAP, even though the EDA Grant was shelved. The <br />Vento group has taken our plan into consideration and agreed to most areas along <br />the perimeter of the site, The only areas remAining to be discussed are those <br />interior areas identified as housing, Mayor Probst believes that the Arden Hills <br />Task Force plan is supported by the broader community. He indicated he had a <br />good meeting with Senator Moe, and will be meeting soon with other legislators. <br /> <br />Agenda Item #3f <br />Restriping of County Road E <br />The Council indicated that the Plan submitted by Ramsey County was acceptable <br />and the Council directed to complete the striping project with the 7' bicycle path <br />remAining. Dwayne Stafford, Public Works Superintendent will handle the details <br />of same. <br />
