The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> I PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Resolution 95-66. Vacating a Sanitary Sewer Easement <br /> I Community Development Director Ringwald verified publication of notice. <br /> I Mayor Probst opened the Public Hearing at 7:35 p.m. <br /> Mayor Probst indicated this item is directly related to item 7.e Planning Case 95-05 on the agenda. <br /> I He suggested continuing the Public Hearing after review of item 7.e. <br /> MOTION: Aplikowski moved and Hicks seconded a motion to continue the Public Hearing until <br /> I after item 7.e.
