<br /> I <br /> I. <br /> I MINUTES <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> I TUESDAY OCTOBER 10,1995 <br /> 7:30 P.M. - U.S. ARMY RESERVE CENTER <br /> I <br /> I CALL TO ORDERlROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular City <br /> I Council meeting at 7:33 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Dennis Probst; Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, Dale Hicks, <br /> I Paul Malone and Susan Keirn. <br /> Also present were: City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger; City Accountant, Terry Post; Public <br /> I Works Superintendent, Dwayne Stafford; Community Development Director, Kevin <br /> Ringwald; City Engineer, Greg Stonehouse; City Attorney, Jerry Filla; and Recording <br /> Ie Secretary, Ruth McLaurin. <br /> I ADOPT AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Aplikowski moved and Keim seconded a motion to adopt the agenda for the October <br /> I 10,1995 City Council meeting as revised. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> I PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Resolution 95-66. Vacating a Sanitary Sewer Easement <br /> I Community Development Director Ringwald verified publication of notice. <br /> I Mayor Probst opened the Public Hearing at 7:35 p.m. <br /> Mayor Probst indicated this item is directly related to item 7.e Planning Case 95-05 on the agenda. <br /> I He suggested continuing the Public Hearing after review of item 7.e. <br /> MOTION: Aplikowski moved and Hicks seconded a motion to continue the Public Hearing until <br /> I after item 7.e.
