ADMlNISTRATORIDEPARTMENT HEAD COMMENTS <br /> I Mr. Post advised Council that a water contract extension until September, 1997 between <br /> the cities of Arden Hills and Roseville would be recommended to be ratified at the <br /> I October 30, 1995 Council meeting. <br /> Mr. Stafford advised Council that he would be providing information regarding revising <br /> I the booster control alarm panel to automatically engage the pump motor gas generator to <br /> prevent the unexpected use of electricity during peak hours. <br /> I Mr. Ringwald advised Council about an inquiry for an automotive repair business at the <br /> northwest quadrant of County Road D and Cleveland A venue and the intent by staff to <br /> I bring the Ogren development items before Council at the October 30, 1995 Council <br /> meeting. <br /> I 3h. ADMINISTRATOR CONTRACT <br /> I The Council discussed the contract for services with Mr. Fritsinger. Mayor Probst <br /> reviewed each section with the Council and confirmed that things were as discussed. The <br /> I~ Council agreed to reimburse Fritsinger for his costs to purchase the new car. The <br /> rationale was these were costs the Council would have incurred if it would have bought <br /> the vehicle. The contract should be placed on the consent calendar for the October 30, <br /> 1995 meeting. <br /> I <br /> 5. COUNCll.
