Mr. Stonehouse indicated Staff wishes to hold neighborhood informational meetings during the <br /> month of January and also schedule the Public Hearings for January, <br /> . Mayor Probst noted Ridgewood Court was not on the lists presented and suggested this street be <br /> added to Alternate #2. <br /> . Council member Hicks inquired as to the PCI rating for Dawn Circle. Mr. Stonehouse indicated <br /> he was not sure, but believed the rating was in the forties. <br /> . Council member Hicks suggested Dawn Circle be included as a seal coat in Alternate #2. Mr. <br /> Stonehouse concurred. <br /> . Mr. Stonehouse indicated no action from the Council was required. He wanted to present this <br /> .- information to keep Council updated. <br /> TeAAP Update <br /> . City Administrator Fritsinger reviewed the announcement from the Army that there will not be a <br /> major excessing of property at TCAAP. <br /> . Mr. Fritsinger indicated the Vento Re-Utilization Committee will meet once more on Saturday <br /> December 16th. <br /> . Mr. Fritsinger noted he did not feel the Army's announcement will be a negative to Arden Hills <br /> efforts. There will still be some excess property, most likely available in smaller parcels. He <br /> . noted the work of the Arden Hills Task Force will be very useful as the property becomes <br /> available, because there will be a plan available. The fact that the City is also required to update <br /> its Comprehensive Plan by 1998 will also be benefitted by the revised plan. Finally, as this <br /> . property is fully, one third of the overall area of the City, the information we have acquired is <br /> extremely valuable. <br /> . Mr. Fritsinger indicated the current occupant, Alliant Techsystems is still working with the City <br /> and communicatious will continue. <br /> . Mr. Fritsinger pointed out that open space is still under discussion with the Army and the <br /> .- availability of open space for the public use may still be a reality, <br /> . <br />
