I I ,- I I I I I I -. I I I I I I I I' I Arden Hills Council 8 March 28, 1994 Probst provided an update of the request for a sewer connection from TeMP through Mounds View. He stated that the MWCC and staff were interested in enlarging the pipe as part of a long term development of the TeMP property. Upon the City's request for an alternate bid for a 24 inch pipe rather than the 18 inch pipe, it was agreed to include the alternate pipe size in the bid specifications. If the decision was made to accept the alternate pipe size, the MWCC could ask the City to finance the pipe on a short term basis, and the City would be reimbursed at a later date. Probst noted that the pioneer Press did not run the article in their Saturday's edition as noted in the Administrator's comments. He stated he spoke with Cynthia Boyd and her article will feature a story about the children of former residents returning to the Community to live. It will be in next Saturday's edition. Probst commented that he had received very positive comments about the way Arden Hills is taking an active approach to the future of the TeMP property. People have been very appreciative to be given an opportunity to discuss publically their interests in the development of this property. Hicks commented that Jim Brimeyer did an excellent job in facilitating the last meeting. Aplikowski noted she was surprised at the lack of support for ballfields.
