Also present were: <br />Community Planning Coordinator, Brian Fritsinger; Public <br />Works Superintendent, Dan Winkel; City Administrator, <br />Dorothy Person; and Recording Secretary, Renee Kaulfuss. <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br /> <br />Note was made that Consent calendar agenda item #4a <br />should be removed to further consider requests recently <br />received by applicants to serve on the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Probst moved, seconded by Aplikowski, to adopt the <br />May 9, 1994 agenda as revised. Motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MJ:N1JTES <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Hicks asked that the word "apologized" on <br />page seven of the April 21, 1994 worksession minutes be <br />revised to read "noted". <br /> <br />Mayor Sather noted that the word "monthly" was spelled <br />incorrectly on page six of the April 21, 1994 worksession <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Councilmember Probst asked that the word "us" on page <br />seven of the April 25, 1994 minutes be revised to read <br />"this" . <br /> <br />Councilmember Hicks noted that in the motion on page <br />seven of the April 25, 1994 minutes the word "advice" was <br />spelled incorrectly. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Hicks moved, seconded by Malone, to approve the <br />corrected minutes of the April 21, 1994 Worksession <br />Meeting, and the corrected minutes of the April 25, <br />1994 Regular Council Meeting. Motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br />
