MJ:N1JTES CITY OF ARDEN BILLS, MINNESOTA REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING May 9, 1994 7:30 P.M. - New Brighton City Ball CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Sather called to order the City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. Present: Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, Dale Hicks, Paul Malone, and Dennis Probst. Also present were: Community Planning Coordinator, Brian Fritsinger; Public Works Superintendent, Dan Winkel; City Administrator, Dorothy Person; and Recording Secretary, Renee Kaulfuss. ADOPT AGENDA Note was made that Consent calendar agenda item #4a should be removed to further consider requests recently received by applicants to serve on the Planning Commission. Probst moved, seconded by Aplikowski, to adopt the May 9, 1994 agenda as revised. Motion carried unanimously (5-0). APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MJ:N1JTES MOTION: Councilmember Hicks asked that the word "apologized" on page seven of the April 21, 1994 worksession minutes be revised to read "noted". Mayor Sather noted that the word "monthly" was spelled incorrectly on page six of the April 21, 1994 worksession minutes. Councilmember Probst asked that the word "us" on page seven of the April 25, 1994 minutes be revised to read "this" . Councilmember Hicks noted that in the motion on page seven of the April 25, 1994 minutes the word "advice" was spelled incorrectly. MOTION: Hicks moved, seconded by Malone, to approve the corrected minutes of the April 21, 1994 Worksession Meeting, and the corrected minutes of the April 25, 1994 Regular Council Meeting. Motion carried unanimously (5-0).
