He said it is apparent to <br />him that Roberts would want to replace the door with <br />windows if a different tenant was in this building. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Motion by Hicks and seconded by Malone to approve <br />the special use permit for Case #94-08; Abra Auto <br />Body, subject to the 6 conditions identified at the <br />May Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />1. Maintain all necessary local, state and federal <br />permits. <br /> <br />2. No parking of damaged vehicles, unlicensed <br />vehicles or inoperable vehicles be allowed in the <br />lot beyond 24 hours. <br /> <br />3. The trash enclosure. doors remain closed at all <br />times except when loading or unloading trash. <br /> <br />4. No unscreened exterior storage be permitted. <br /> <br />5. The exterior sign plan be reviewed and approved <br />by the Community Planning Coordinator. <br /> <br />6.
