They believe we had already paid for this street through the original construction. 2. They believe the original construction was improperly done. 3. They believe that one year after construction the road should not be in a "roller-coaster" situation and the "alligator" road should not be as is currently in place. They are submitting a petition indicating that residents on Amble Road do not want this street reconstruction. They said that if the City does this construction, they are asking the City to help pay for reconstruction beyond the usual 50%. They believe it was improperly monitored and assessed during the original construction. Tim Byrne, 3390 Dunlap - Byrne stated that he has talked with Malone and Winkel about his concerns. Thirteen out of sixteen homeowners have signed this petition. We believe you should cancel this project. There is little or no improvement in the value of our homes if this project is done and we do not believe it is worth the cost. Pat Brown, 1301 Cannon - He stated that he is a neighbor of Tim Byrne. He had the exact concerns as his neighbor,
