The motion carried 1IIlaIIimously (5-0). <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />MOTION: Hicks moved, seconded by Maione to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />amended and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br />Motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />a. Approval of Everest Preliminary Development Agreement <br /> <br />PUBUC COM'ME'NTS <br /> <br />Mayor Sather opened the meeting to public comment on items not on the agenda for <br />the meeting. A REQUEST BY THE ARDEN MANOR OWNER <br />FOR A CO.NNECTIQl'!lTO CITY WATER <br /> <br />Person stated that the Public Works Superintendent was unable to be present because <br />of illness. She stated that the owner of Arden Manor Mobile Home Park has <br />requested a standby coMection to the city water system. The piping is in place, and <br />it is proposed by the City that the cost be absorbed by the owner, as in other business <br />or residence water cOMections. The MiMe90la Health Department has reviewed and <br />would approve this standby cOMection. <br /> <br />MOTION: Malone moved, seconc1ed by Hicks, to authorize staff to provide the owner of <br />the Arden Manor Mobile Home Park with cost estimates for a standby <br />
