Mayor Probst then read . and presented the resolution expressing sincere gratitude and congratulating Andrew St. Sauver for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout and for his dedicated sexvice to the Community. . RAMSEY COUNTY CHARTER COMMISSION . Ms. Dana Rebelein spoke to the Council on behalf of the Ramsey County Charter Commission. Ms. Rebelein reminded the Council and public this November will be the . first opportunity that the public will vote on the proposed amendments to the charter. Ms. Rebelein indicated the first amendment refers to disposal of park land, this would Ie be the "No-Net-Loss of Park and Open Space". The other proposed amendment refers to vacancy in the elected offices of Sheriff or Attorney. . Ms. Rebelein indicated information is available in pamphlets. Ms. Rebelein answered questions of the Council. . CONSENT CALENDAR . Councilmember Malone inquired as to the length of the contract with TnneSaver Off Site Secretarial Services. Administrator Person indicated the length of the current contract would run until the end of 1994 and can then be re-negotiated at that time. . The contract normally runs for a period of 12 months. MOTION: Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to approve the Consent . Calendar as presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). . PUBLIC COMMENTS . Mayor Probst invited anyone in the audience that wished to discuss items not on the agenda to come forward at this time. .e .
