OCTOBER 10. 1994 7 <br /> MOTION: Hick moved and Malone seconded a motion to ratify Mayor's appointment <br />, of Councilmember Aplikowsld Council Uaison to the Employee <br /> Recognition Committee. Motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br />, COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />I Councilmember Aplikowsld requested information regarding the AMM Bulletin. <br /> Administrator Person indicated information could be provided at the Worl<session on <br /> October 18, 1994. <br />, Councilmember Malone presented Council with a brief update regarding AMM and the <br />I issues recently addressed. <br /> Councilmember Malone inquired regarding the work on County Road E. Public Worl<s <br />I Superintendent Wmkel reviewed the situation and indicated loop detection and removal <br /> of some of the current configuration are issues needed to be resolved. <br />Ie Councilmember Hicks, referring to memo from Public Works Superintendent Wmkel, <br /> inquired if October 15 is a feasible deadline for the 1994 pavement projects. Public <br />I Works Superintendent Winkel indicated all attempts to finish work by the indicated <br /> date will be made. <br />, Councilmember Hicks indicated concern for future street reconstruction, and suggested <br /> that the Engineer could provide more detailed information to the residents so as to avoid <br />. any future driveway problems with residents. <br />I Mayor Probst indicated another meeting regarding TCAAP will be held on Thursday, <br /> October 13, 1994 at 1:00 p.m. He encouraged Council representation at this meeting. <br />I Mayor Probst indicated those attending will include: State Senator Unda Runbeck, <br /> Representative Phil Krinlde and representatives from the Wellstone and Ramstad offices. <br />I Mayor Probst inquired if the City is still going to include a safety pamphlet from <br /> Roseville School District in the utility mailing. Administrator Person indicated it has not <br />I yet been received from the Roseville School District. She will keep the Council updated. <br />.. Mayor Probst requested a review of maintenance costs at the lift station. Public Works <br /> Superintendent Winkel indicated a current study is being prepared and will be provided <br />I <br />
