Councilmember Hicks indicated regarding Section 5.5-9 (a), it should be added After . 10 days veterinarian shall exam the animal and make recommendations based on results of the examination. . Councilmember HiclG inquired if Council would like him to withdraw his motion until further clarification can be made or does Council concur staff can further clarify verbiage I based on motion.
