Motion carried unanimously. (4-0). <br /> Superintendent Wm1<e1 indicated staff will continue to review the application and if any <br /> I changes are necessary council will be notified. Mayor Probst indicated if the Arsenal is <br /> not removed as a potential site, the City would not support the application. <br /> I ADMINISTRATOR COMMENTS <br /> I Acting Clerk Administrator Post reported on a few items. <br /> a. Staff is still reviewing a resolution regarding the County Road F turnback. <br /> I. Ramsey County legal records are not consistent with Arden Hills. <br /> I b. The City has received a check for $7,290 from the Ukrainian Orthodox <br /> Church for their park dedication requirement. <br /> I c. Regarding the Lawrence Rust abatement. Notices have been given to the <br /> family of Lawrence Rust, three public notices will be given and action will <br /> I begin around December 15, 1994. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> I Councilmember Aplikowski congratulated Mayor Probst on the victory of the election <br /> and indicated full support for his administration. Councilmember Aplikowski indicated <br /> I she would be attending the Ramsey County League of Local Governments' meeting on <br /> Wednesday November 16,1994. <br /> I Mayor Probst indicated various upcoming meetings and requested council to review their <br /> calendars and at the next council meeting they would set an additional worksession. <br /> I Councilmember Aplikowski requested staff to put future meeting dates on the bottom <br /> I- of each agenda. <br /> I <br />
