The release and subsequent media outreach resulted in the <br /> following news coverage: <br /> • Finance & Commerce: Open house Nov. 1 for Rice Creek plans (Oct. 18) <br /> • KSTP: 60-second segment recapping open house (Nov. 1, 10 p.m. news broadcast) <br /> • Star Tribune: Officials propose more housing at former Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant in <br /> Arden Hills (Nov. 2) <br /> • WCCO: Development plans in motion for Arden Hills' old ammunition plant site (Nov. 3, 6 p.m. <br /> news broadcast) <br /> • Rice Creek Commons development of former TCAAP site considers additional housing(Nov. 16) <br /> • Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal: 500 homes added to Arden Hills' Rice Creek Commons <br /> plans (Nov. 17) <br /> Both the Star Tribune and KSTP attended the open house. <br /> The open house was also communicated through the Rice Creek Commons microsite, city and county <br /> newsletters, and social media posts. <br /> In October, Goff Public responded to a reporter inquiry from Finance & Commerce regarding status <br /> updates for the Outlot A Request for Developer Interest. No coverage has been published to date. <br /> Six people submitted inquiries through the microsite contact portal, which Ramsey County staff <br /> responded to directly. <br /> Goff Public also discussed legislative communications and messaging with county staff ahead of the <br /> 2024 session and bonding request. <br /> 34 <br />
