<br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />Saturday, July 2, 1988, 8:30 a,m, - Village Hall <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Woodburn <br />called the meeting to order at 8:35 a,m, <br /> <br />ROLL CALL The roll being called the following members were present: <br />Mayor Robert Woodburn, Councilmembers Nancy Hansen, Gary <br />Peck and Thomaa Sather. Absent: Councilmember Jeanne Winiecki, Also present: <br />Charlotte McNiesh Actina Clerk Administrator. <br /> <br />EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT; <br />CLERK ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />Council reviewed the draft of the employment agreement <br />for Clerk Administrator Gary Berger prepared by Acting <br />Clerk Administrator. <br /> <br />After discussion Hansen moved, seconded by Sather that <br />Council offer the employment agreement to Gary Berger as modified and authorized <br />the Mayor and Acting Clerk Administrator to execute the document on behalf of the <br />City. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0) <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Hansen moved, seconded by Peck, that the meeting be <br />adjourned at 9:20 a.m. Motion carried unanimously.
