We <br /> spent some time going over the phone systems and what they could do for <br /> Arden Hills. <br /> Out of the systems I researched, the Telrad 816E appeared to be the best. <br /> Communications Corporation was the best company. I determined this by <br /> calling references and checking their past record. I checked the phone <br /> system and reliability and honesty of the companys. <br /> I proposed that we buy the Te!rad 8l6E te!ephone system from <br /> Communications Corporation. <br />. The Finance Committee made a motion that they recommend to the Counci! <br /> that we buy the Telrad system from Communications Corporation. They a!so <br /> made a motion that we pay for it through either the $2,500 down/$100 per <br /> month, balance on January of 1988, or cash and take the balance out of a <br /> reserve fund. <br /> I bring this before you with the same recommendation that I brought before <br /> ,the Finance Committee. <br />- <br />- <br />
