We have reviewed the plans and have <br /> some questions. <br /> . The proposed reconstruction will obviously create significant <br /> traffic delays and congestion on the freeway which will in turn <br /> place significant additional demands on adjacent roadways <br /> including city streets. This diversion of traffic will create <br /> some obvious delays for Arden Hills residents and will subject <br /> some of them to additional traffic. <br /> We recognize that the work must be done and that the delays are <br /> inevitable. The city would like to have additional information <br /> relative to the estimated time of construction, for each of the <br /> stages, as \-lell as the restrictions that will be placed upon the <br /> contractor's activities.
