We appreciated receiving preliminary consttuction plans for the <br />above referenced project. We have reviewed the pLans and have <br />some questions. <br /> <br />The proposed reconstruction will obviously create significant <br />traffic delays and congestion on the freeway which will in turn <br />place significant additional demands on adjacent roadways <br />including city streets. This diversion of traffic will create <br />some obvious delays for Arden Hills residents and will subject <br />some of them to additional traffic. <br /> <br />We recognize that the work must be done and that the delays are <br />inevitable. The city would like to have aditional information <br />relative to the estimated time of construction, for each of the <br />stages. as well as the restrictions that will be placed upon th <br />contractor's activities.
