Assessment Resolutions <br /> The Resolutions will set the Assessment Hearings for August 31 for <br /> Glenhill, Edgewater, Northwoods and Hamline. For the Notices (which <br /> will be mailed August 14 and published August 17), we will need to <br /> know the amount to be assessed, method of assessment, number of years <br /> the assessment will run, and percentage of interest you wish to place <br /> on unpaid assessments. <br /> 5. PlanninR Commission Cases <br /> Case 87-25: The additional parking (152 stalls) requested by MSI was <br /> recommended for approval by the Planning Commission. <br /> . Case 87-27: The additional parking (76 stalls) requested by Land <br /> O'Lakes was recommended for approval. <br /> Case 87-23: An application by Mr. and Mrs. Reeves for a rezoning <br /> (from R-l to R-4) and PUD Concept Plan. The Planning Commission (by a <br /> 3/2 split vote) recommended approval of the PUD Concept Plan and <br /> delayed consideration of the Rezoning with consideration of the <br /> General Plan. The question of conditional zoning was discussed. <br /> Case 87-24: The Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br /> -request, by Blue Fox Inn, for amendment to their SUP, for the <br /> construction of two small additions tc t~sir restaurant. The <br /> recommended approval was conditioned upon installation of parking <br /> signage on the east end of the building, and replacement of existing <br /> plants. <br /> Case 87-26: The PUD General Plan, of Edgewater Estates, for the 31 <br /> townhouse units, was recommended for approval with several conditions, <br /> as outlined in the Planning Commission minutes. <br /> 6. Speed Limit, Lake Johanna <br /> Mr. Lynden will be forwarding a copy of the proposed ordinance, <br /> limiting speed on Lake Johanna (outside of the hours already <br /> restricted to 5 mph) to 40 mph, directly to your homes. Mr. Lynden <br /> has not been asked to attend the meeting. <br /> 7. Parks and Recreation Director's Report <br /> Mr, Buckley will be present at the meeting to discuss his memorandum. <br /> . 8, DrainaRe Complaint - Tiller and Dellwood <br /> This matter was continued from the July 27 meeting.
