The <br /> council had authorized Planner/Administrative review of the Daybridge <br /> facility; however, the seller now advises Mr. Lynden that they do not <br /> wish to have administrative review of the site within the contract <br /> language. Mr. Lynden advises he has recommended review of the site <br /> first, and, signing of the Agreement after that. <br /> Study, Exterior Completion of Structures: Orlyn Miller will have this <br /> available for Council on August 3lst. <br /> . Committee Applications: We have received 2 applications for the Finance <br /> Committee, and one application for the Human Rights Committee, with a <br /> few more phone inquiries expressing interest. <br /> . We will submit the Application to Council for consideration at one of <br /> our upcoming meetings. <br /> County Road E: Ramsey County is conducting the study on County Road E in <br /> response to the Council's request relative to MSI'S request for a <br /> semaphone. We ,anticipate receiving this in early September. <br /> Public Works Contract: As discussed before, we have submitted our <br /> contract for response from the Public Works union representative. The <br /> contract (1987 only) is: <br /> January 1, 1987: $.10 <br /> July 1, 1987: $.05 <br /> Insurance: $195 (employer's share) <br /> After receiving a response on the above, Karen and Tom will be asking <br /> that an addendum to the contract be added for a Maintenance I position <br /> rate (Council has adopted a resolution establishing the position; if <br /> the union does not wish to negotiate the wage rate, it will be set at <br /> the proposed MAMA rate of $8.72). <br /> Karen will be summarizing actions in a memo to you, in a couple of <br /> - weeks. <br /> - <br /> . <br />
