The Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers is pleased to submit their <br /> Water Resource Management Plan to the City of Arden Hills. <br /> This plan represents over two years of effort by the Board of Managers and the <br /> representatives of your community who provided either technical support or <br /> public input by participating on the Technical Advisory Committee or the <br /> Citizen's Task Force. The active participation by these representatives insured <br /> that each community's interests and concerns were thoroughly integrated into <br /> this plan. <br /> As the first step in the review process, as prescribed in M.S. 473.878 <br /> Subdivision 5, each member municipality is requested to review and comment on <br /> this plan. Reviews will also be conducted concurrently by the four Counties and <br /> the Soil and Water Conservation Districts. The Surface Water Management Act <br /> allows 60 days for this first review period. Under this schedule, comments need <br /> to be received no later than March 1, 1987. We will presume your concurrence <br /> with the Water Resource Management Plan if we do not receive your comments by <br /> that date.
