STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-16 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br /> P-86-28 GLENHILL ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council, adopted the 9th <br /> day of February, 1987, fixed a date for a Council hearing on th@ proposed <br /> improvement of Glenhill Road, between the west line of Hamline Avenue and <br /> the east line of Snelling Avenue, by storm sewer, street reconstruction <br /> and concrete curb and gutter; and <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published <br /> notice of the hearing were given, and the hearing was held thereon on the <br /> 9th day of March, 1987, at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br /> were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> . 1- Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br /> Council Resolution adopted March 9, 1987; <br /> 2. Roseville's Consulting Engineers, <br /> Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, are hereby designated as the engineers for this <br /> improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making <br /> of such improvement. <br /> Adopted by the Village Council of Arden Hills this 9th day <br /> of March, 1987. <br /> Robert L.
