COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-15 <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING COUNCIL MEMBER TO FILL COUNCIL <br /> VACANCY UNTIL NOVEMBER SPECIAL ELECTION <br /> WHEREAS, on February 9, 1987, the City Council accepted <br /> Councilman Dale Hick's resignation effective April 1, 1987 and declared <br /> that a vacancy exists on the Council until a successor is elected and <br /> qualified at the Special Election to be held on November 8, 1988; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council accepted applications for appointment <br /> as Councilmember until 4:30 p,m., March 3, 1987, and four applications <br /> were received. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby <br /> appoints Councilmember until the Special Election on <br /> November 8, 1988. <br /> Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 9th day of <br /> March, 1987. <br /> . <br /> Robert L.
