STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> First Amendment to Special Use Permit-- <br /> Case No. 84-5 <br /> The undersigned, the Clerk-Administrator of the City of <br /> Arden Hills--acting pursuant to action taken by the Arden Hills <br /> City Council at its meeting on February 9, 1987, based upon the <br /> results of a survey, neighborhood response and the recommendation <br /> of the Zoning Administrator--does hereby amend the Special Use <br /> Permit wi th respect to the Arden-Shoreview Animal Hospi tal (Case <br /> . No. 84-5) which was issued on April 23, 1984, by striking the <br /> term . five (5)" at the end of the first sentence of the third <br /> paragraph of said Special Use Permit and substituting there for <br /> the term "six (6) ". The thrust of this First Amendment is to <br /> allow the hospital to have a maximum staff of "six (6) " employees <br /> hereafter. <br /> Except as modif ied above, the Special Use Permit issued on <br /> April 23, 1984 in connection with Case No. 84-5 shall remain the <br /> same and in full force and effect. <br /> A certified copy of this First Amendment to Special Use <br /> permi t shall be furnished to the City Attorney for recordation in <br /> the office of the Ramsey County Recorder or Registrar of Titles. <br /> . <br /> - 1 - <br />
