COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br /> <br />Special Use Permit -- Case No. 85-15 <br /> <br /> <br />The undersigned, Clerk-Administrator of the City of Arden <br />Hills, does hereby certify that this Special Use Permit is <br />granted pursuant to the provisions of Appendix A of the Arden <br />Hills Code, being the Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 213) of the <br />City oJ Arden Hills, and Chapter 8 of the Arden Hills Code, <br />regulating the excavation and filling of properties in the City, <br />in accordance with a public hearing duly held by the Planning <br />Commission thereof on October 2, 1985 and subsequent approval by <br />the Arden Hills City Council on September 8, 1986 at its Council <br />meeting held on that date. <br /> <br />Permission is accordingly given the applicants, DAVID CMIEL <br />and DIANE CMIEL, husband and wife and THOMAS HELLER and DOROTHY <br />HELLER, husband and wife, who respectively reside at 478 North <br />McCarrons Boulevard, Roseville, Minnesota, 55113 and 1118 Juliet <br />Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, 55105, and their successors and <br />. assigns, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Permittee", to <br />maintain and keep in good repair the property hereinafter <br />described, all in strict accordance with the plans, <br />speCifications, drawings, sketches, transparencies and other <br />documentation submitted to and filed with the City in connection <br />wi th the above-re ferenced Planning Commission case number, and <br />the Erosion Control Agreement executed by Permittee and the <br />Regional Director of the US Fish and Wildlife of Service of the <br />United States of America on December 18, 1986. By this Permit, <br />the City of Arden Hills, hereby approves the grading and seeding <br />of the subject property as it now exists. This Permit shall not <br />be construed, however, to allow Permittee to add more fill to the <br />sub ject property. Permi t tee is hereby requi red to keep the <br />subject property properly maintained, mowed, and in good repair. <br /> <br />The tract of land which is the subject of this Special Use <br />permi t is located on the east side of Round Lake, southerly of <br />State Trunk Highway 96 and westerly of Old Highway 10. It is <br />apparently owned of record by Permittee. Its legal description <br />is as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 2, Lakeshore Homesites according <br />to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office <br />of the County Recorder in and for Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />- 1 - <br />
