The management committee could also appoint such <br /> additional officers as it sees fit from time to time. The <br /> first co-chairmen of the Coalition would be Daniel Guider of <br /> Woodbury and James A. Stolpestad of Saint Paul. Their <br /> initial terms would expire at the end of 1987. <br /> 8.
