Case No. 87-14: Amended Site Plan Review and Rear Yard Setback (Alpo) <br /> Mr. Harvey Stewart, was forwarded an extract of the Council minutes of <br /> 5/11 delineating Council's concerns, and advising of the necessity of <br /> Board of Appeals review. He was also asked to be present at the 5/26 <br /> meeting. The Board of Appeals met on this matter on 5/21. <br /> 6. Arden Oaks: David Angell and Gary Kremer of tfte Arden Oaks a=e~ <br /> appeared before the Public Safety/Works Committee to discuss private, <br /> decorative lighting they would like to install around their cuI de <br /> sac. All costs would be privately assumed. They inquired as to the <br /> . feasibility of installing the lights on the Village's boulevard. <br /> 7. Development ARreement, Raddatz Watermain Extension. The Council, at <br /> their meeting of 4/27, when approving plans and specifications to be <br /> drawn, further requested that Mr. Raddatz submit a Development <br /> Agreement covering the watermain extension to his lot on Old Highway <br /> 10. Barry Peters, of SEH, and Bob will be available to answer any <br /> questions you may have. <br /> 8. EdRewater Estates - Councilman Sather has requested finalization of <br /> the park dedication for Edgewater Estates. Occupancy is anticipated <br /> for July 1. <br /> 9. Charitable GamblinR - The Council had tabled the proposed Charitable <br /> Gambling Ordinance to this meeting. I request Council continuation of <br /> this to the next meeting to allow sufficient time for research and <br /> consideration of ordinances currently in existence in other <br /> communities. <br /> 10. Utility Rate Recommendations: At the meeting of May 11, the Council <br /> requested that a member of the Finance Committee be present to discuss <br /> the recommendations of the committee; I have asked Charlotte, and <br /> Larry Erickson if he is available, to be at the 5/26 meeting to answer <br /> any questions you may have. <br /> . <br />
