A banner on the balloon will bear the same slogan. <br /> Neither the balloon nor any of the banners will be visible fran the <br /> FUblic roads going by our property - Ramline Avenue and Qmnty ltlad <br /> i. . F. \'e would like to hapg the vinyl banners on June 15 am leave than <br /> up for approxinately r! weeks.
