Please be advised that we cannot respond to your question directly <br />. because the District's role in the permitting process does not allow us to <br /> perform design functions or dictate how requirements are met. As Engi neers <br /> for the District, we can only review a specific proposal to ensure District <br /> requirements for stormwater rate control and treatment are met and that the <br /> site development will not hydraulically impact off-site properties. <br /> Design constraints for this lot center around the minimum building opening <br /> elevations which can be no less than one foot above the emergency overflow for <br /> the pond and two feet above the 100-year pond level of 888.5 MSL. In <br /> addition, compensatory storage must be supplied for any fill placed below the <br /> 100-year pond level. <br /> I hope this information will be useful to you.
